Rudy's Bakery opened its doors on Nadeau Street back when Los Angeles still smelled like orange groves and fresh concrete. What started as a one-oven dream has grown into a neighborhood cornerstone — but the philosophy hasn't changed: bake it right, serve it with a smile, and never rush the proof.
